Bill Kittrell is a Regional Fisheries Manager with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries in the Marion Office. He has been involved in fisheries management for 23 years and worked in Texas and Florida before coming to Virginia in 1989. Bill spent several years as a fisheries biologist in Southside Virginia and is now responsible for fisheries management activities in an 18 county area of Southwest Virginia.
